Holistic bodywork and remedial therapy
 Pain and suffering comes from an imbalance and we know this from Chinese,
ancient Greek and Ayurvedic medicine. Remedial massage often relieves and sometimes stops
discomfort in one or two treatments, however when pains have been persistent for
months or years, a combination of regular treatments combined with a diet and
exercise program accelerates healing.

Relaxation
and Stress Release Massage
A smooth, flowing style that promotes general
relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves muscular
tension and options include:
Gentle Swedish style massage, Lomi Lomi, aroma therapy, head & face
massage and/ or reflexology.

Remedial Massage
When
muscles and tendons have become damaged, impaired, knotted, tense or
immobile, therapeutic or remedial massage holistically treats the whole body
with either gentle or strong postural integration techniques to affect healing and the relief of RSI/OOS
and pain from chronic injuries is a specialty.
Massage - stretching - energy work - exercise -

- Lomi Lomi
This flowing style of massage is considered the ultimate massage treatment,
play the videos.
Sessions are normally 90 minutes.
- Energy
Healing
Similar to Reiki, energy healing can be a hands on or hands off
treatment providing deep rest and comfort.
- Body Sculpting
Enhance your figure and feel good, this massage combined with body wraps tones your body and improves
your appearance.
