Product Refund Policy
We abide by New Zealand law and provide refunds and repair or replace goods as applicable.
Products
If for any reason our product is less than you expected, you may return it for a
refund.
To qualify for a refund, the goods in question must be returned to us 'as new',
undamaged and clean at your
expense within 30 days of purchase.
The refund shall be the purchase price of the
item in question excluding delivery costs even though some of our goods have the
delivery cost built into the price.
Breakages within 30 days
If any product breaks within 30 days of what we consider normal use, you may
apply for a refund, replacement or repair.
To qualify for a refund, the product in question must be returned to us at your
expense and it must include the broken parts and details of how it broke.
The refund shall be the purchase price of the
item in question excluding delivery costs.
For goods repaired or replaced, where the goods cannot be collected from our
store, we will pay for the delivery of the repaired or replaced goods within New
Zealand. The final decision to repair or replace is ours to make.
Breakages after 30 days
For breakages after 30 days of what we consider normal use, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and
expense providing the breakage claim is made within the product warranty period.
To qualify, the product in question must be returned to us at your expense, it
must include the broken parts and details of how it broke.
Note our custom made massage tables have a 5 year warranty.
