Product Refund Policy
We abide by New Zealand law and provide refunds and repair or replace goods as applicable.
Products
If for any reason our product is less than you expected, you may return it for a refund providing that the goods in question are returned to us 'as new', undamaged and clean at your expense within 30 days of purchase.
The refund shall be the purchase price of the item in question excluding delivery costs (including when goods have the delivery cost built into the price).
Returns after 30 days
We do not accept any product returns after 30 days unless it, or a part has failed during what we consider normal use. With breakages the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and expense providing the breakage claim is made within the product warranty period.
To qualify, the product in question must be returned to us at your expense, it must include the broken parts and details of how it broke.
Memberships are granted on completion of registration and payment. With acceptance of membership, access is granted to restricted areas of this site. It is a the members responsibility to protect their user name and password and to protect the confidentiality and copyright of the information within the website and not to share it in any way. Members access is monitored and members suspected of sharing site access may be barred without notice or refund.
