Admission Requirements
The Quiet Mind Body Shop does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion, gender, ethnic origin, sexual preference or general disability, however applicants must be 18 years of age or have parental consent.
All applicants are evaluated on their performance, motivation and academic ability.

Denial of Admission
The Quiet Mind Body Shop reserves the right to deny admission to any person for any reasons including where the applicant does not meet the entrance requirements, lacks the physical capabilities to perform yoga, has health problems, which interfere with duties as a student or yoga practitioner, is unable to meet financial obligations to the school or exhibits a lack of motivation or incompatible philosophy.

Current Lesson Options:

  1. Attending Kaiapoi classes on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm @ $60.00 / 10 classes.
  2. Saturday morning workshops at my home @ $20.00 per class where the focus is toward self realization and becoming a teacher yourself.
  3. Access to my online manual @ $30.00 per three months.
  4. To continue and become a yoga teacher, all the above are inclusive

The Registration Process:

  1. If you live in Christchurch, Please Arrange a personal interview with the tutor.
  2. For correspondence lessons:
    • Complete this form, you will then be invoiced
    • Pay your 1st month course fee and be admitted to the site where you have access to all student materials and arrange on line interviews with the teacher.
  3. To lean more about yoga and improve your practice without certification you may purchase a three month membership which gives you access to the website and two by thirty minute interviews with the teacher.
    • Complete this form, you will then be invoiced
    • Pay your the $100.00 course fee and be admitted to the site where you have access to all student materials and you can arrange on line interviews during your study.
  4. Memberships
    • Membership enables a member access to the course material without any certification, effectively like buying a yoga book.
