 Becoming a yoga teacher is a an excellent way to serve your
community and create a successful career.
Yoga has long been proven as a system that maintains health and fitness, assists
recovery from illness and delusion.
Anyone can learn to teach, it is a matter of study and practice, read on to
learn more about how you can work toward and attain your Introductory Yoga
Teachers Certificate.
If you reside in Christchurch or are visiting for a period of three months
or more, I am available to offer instruction and support to those seeking to
develop their practise and understanding or to become teachers,

Alternately courses can be done with the
International Yoga Teachers' Association (in NZ and many other countries), which a non-profit organisation for
both teachers and students.
